On a very vibey new episode of Coffin Fodder, we're parsing out Jane Schoenbrun's cult-horror mood piece, I Saw the TV Glow. With Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma setting the horror world ablaze, what better time to check out the writer-director's previous LGBTQ+ resonant film? And while this may be a challenging movie to unpack and sit with as the credits roll, its nostalgia-laden ruminations and mournful conclusion make it a worthwhile challenge for '90s kids who grew up with shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Are You Afraid of the Dark?

On this week's show, we come slithering into your feeds with one of James Gunn's earliest pictures, the gross-out creature feature, Slither. How many sex jokes can you sneak into a movie about how these aliens propagate? How many Grant Grant puns can one of our hosts find? We're trying something a bit different this week as we open the chatterbox to discuss Mike Flanagan's Netflix mini-series, Midnight Mass. How many monologues can you fit into seven episodes? We drop all of our thoughts as we do a greatest-hits rip through a series that we all feel pretty strongly about. 

We're knocking out another classic from the horror canon this week as we have ourselves a wee little chat about M. Night Shyamalan's breakout hit, The Sixth Sense. Is this twist right up there with Darth Vader being Luke Skywalker's dad as the worst-kept secret in cinematic history? Does the trailer spoil too much of the movie? It's a neck-and-neckbone competition between skeleton puns, dumbass reaction shots, and ridiculous cartoon logic as we chat about probably the dumbest and most fun movie in Sam Raimi's catalog.
